About Us

History

Square One has been serving guests in downtown Bryan for over nine years. While its regular patrons have found their way to its doors without the aid of a storefront sign all this time, downtown is growing, and new owners Molly and Travis are ready to grow with it.

With or without a sign at the front door, what keeps the regulars coming back? It could be Square One’s ever-evolving gallery of art or the eclectic time-worn tables, but it’s probably the freshly prepared fare with ingredients like mashed potatoes charged with Parmesan, homemade croutons and Caesar dressing and individually crafted cream sauces. Then again, it could be the oft-requested Bread Pudding, too.
