Square One has been serving guests in downtown Bryan for over nine years. While its regular patrons have found their way to its doors without the aid of a storefront sign all this time, downtown is growing, and new owners Molly and Travis are ready to grow with it.

It could be Square One’s ever-evolving gallery of art or the eclectic time-worn tables, but it’s probably the freshly prepared fare with ingredients like mashed potatoes charged with Parmesan, homemade croutons and Caesar dressing and individually crafted cream sauces.
